hmm... It says they've posted 4 times but I can't see where they've posted. Dunno if they're legit or not. ):
And grood, at least the new video confirms what we were thinking about the archived thread! : ) I guess now the only thing we've got to do is ... get more VA people. >_>; New /x/ thread? I don't think they like us very much. ):

Told you guys earlier, I made it as a reminder to myself of this event.

Never saw that here. My bad.
And Rain, it's no biggie if she can't - I'm sure SOMEONE on /x/ will be interested. I mean, this is a fun ARG. :] and /x/ likes creepy things!

This isn't as creepy as many other games I've seen. My only problem.
This would make a great novel.

the thing is in 4chan threads that go below a certain page get deleted.
so a message board like this is your best bet.

1) Yyyyeah, uh... /x/ is the 3rd slowest board on 4chan. Trust me - it is not going anywhere. >_> Plus there's this nice thing called "age" - so say someone DOES start saging our thread, we can counteract it. I know how 4chan works..
2) Nobody will find a messageboard like this. Its userbase isn't exactly people looking to play an ARG... Unfiction might be a better bet, but there's already a thread there and it's not too active. Perhaps if we moved there, that's a different story.

OH NOES, how will I counteract your sage bomb? Oh yeah, post. :)

Considering almost everybody on this thread was not previously a member of this forum, you are clearly wrong with that first sentence--people did find it. But honestly, TDRL is probably more suited for finding people.
But it doesn't really matter where we have the thread, as long as we recruit from places like /x/.
Oh, and /x/ really is a horrendous place to hold a discussion thread. We would have to create new threads whenever the originals reached post limit, deal with spam, etc., and have absolutely none of the tools a real forum has, like quotes (greentext does not count) and BBcode. Also, why the hell would we want to discuss this anonymously?

what I meant was more along the lines that people who aren't looking for the Gangadiddle/an ARG in general aren't going to find it. We need to recruit at /x/, whatever wording you want to use.

If we're doing this and then most of us are doing the nexus, why not just start a new forum?

Well, there is this: http://gangadiddle.proboards.com/index.cgi. It just hasn't been active.
Also, has anything happened with Nexus? I have a message via PM that I should probably pass on.

As mentioned, Nexus seems unrelated, even though the YT account for it posted on Nathan Israel's "Gangadiddle" YT acc.

I can confirm that Nexus is unrelated.

Scrambled Not. Not scrambled? I'm guessing it means the Gangatweet. So we've got Prime, and that crazy string of letters... And we know it's not scrambled. Got some more ideas, gonna fool around with them... but if anyone else knows how to tackle this, go for it >_>;

yes this may be stupid but
maybe cross out the jumbled letters that have a prime digit then unscramble them
ex: aarcer
the 2nd letter, the 3rd letter, the 5th letter and so on
is this how you play one of those fancy arg's? :x

This string has the characters A,R,C,E,P,O,S,H,T,Y,U,M,N (that's 13 characters). My first guess was that it could've been a very large prime number but there are too many characters for each one to represent a single digit. It's worth noting that there is a single M and two N's in this long string and that the blanks are both one and two underscores long. The only character in "Prime" that is not in this string is I. Could I possibly be the correct character for the blanks?

Not stupid. The only way we find out is through experimenting! : ) So far I've tried what you posed and it doesn't seem to work out... The problem is that later on, the gap between numbers got larger (such as a jump from the 23rd letter to the 29th letter), and everything was still incomprehensible. Also tried converting the string to its numerical correspondent (a=1, b=2, c=3...) - from there, I tried adding prime numbers and subtracting prime numbers. No dice. Also tried removing letters that converted to prime numbers. Nothing.. Maybe it's something to do with the word Prime itself, I dunno. ><
E: Also tried the opposite of what mariodude posed - KEEPING the prime number letters. No dice.
If useful, I got the letter frequency from a website with an app that counted... well, letter frequency.

Got it; you just read off every prime numbered letter. I put X's by the prime-numbered letters, then put those in order. They are NOT scrambled. Here is the result.
Original: aarcer_pr_oshtyr_syaheoryup_ua_cputctac_e_apss_ratepectmpcer_stt__srtypsacaaecc__peuuecp_aouhhtutusaesaae__peshoepucpeeeapeeae__aeepsan_na
Only primes: are_oh_you_tea_ee_space_tea_ee_en
Which means: route ten
Guess that's where we're going next.
P.S. Nathan doesn't spell very well, it seems :)

Congrats, eeb! : D grood work. ok, so.. now I suppose we have a better idea of where exactly we're looking.
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&sou … 6&z=13
Route 10, and the road itself is called Colonial Trail. Does eventually lead to the ocean... and it really does have quite a number of name changes. >_> Was difficult to follow at first, but searching for Minnesota in Spring Grove, VA (the location of Colonial Trail on Rt. 10), we get...
http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&sou … 6&z=16
They're pretty clear directions when you see the map. If you see Minessota Ave., you keep going - Atlantic, Mystic and Dillard are all streets following that we're advised NOT to go down (Disregard the lack of the street names being on the map - they're the Co Rd.s). However, if you kept going, you'd hit the beach - we don't want to go there. So you make the first right onto Bailey Ave, and there's a circular drive around a monument there. ("Your Monumental revelation will be that you are running around in...", the answer being "circles".) Now we just need someone who can get over there.

Excellent, but I don't see anything on your Google Maps link. Could you give coordinates of the monument or something?
Anyways, I assume the idea is that there is something written on or near the monument that we need for 5clue. The Key reads:
You must Force your way to the front of Each Line, and be Armed with the First Word.
So I assume we take the first word of each line, but there must be something more there . . . Armed forces? Is it a military monument?
Anyways, we probably use the first word of each line and somehow assign numbers to them to help with The Lock, which reads:
34 37 137 119 44 84 67 111 9 82 70 73 120 27 132 15 . 68 22 121
Which is another URL. But how do we assign numbers? One number to each letter in each first word of each line, perhaps?
Well, I guess we will cross that road when we come to it.

Actually, might not be a URL - it could be a file name. Also fixed the maps! Anyhow, there's a library where, which usually has monuments or plaques out front, which means we've got our key. |3
