MarbleHornets is a user linked in the video tags. MarbleHornets is the one who made this, I can tell by the video style and clips used.
The Dead Kids foundation's name or whatever is used in the "Special Message" video at the beginning.

All of these numbers are under 26, so I had ab IDEA.Try replacing the numbers with corresponding letters, then unscrambling the word in each sequence. The crowd dissipating from around the guy indicates isolation. The world is everything that is inside his head.

Poochee and Pansy videos are tagged with Slenderman, 333, and the Wyoming Incident.
Those tags caught my attention.
Slenderman is thought to be featured in the Marble Hornets series.
333 has relation to the Wyoming Incident, a failed ARG from the SomethingAwful forums.

I traced Dolst's site, and it is from an area near Wichita Kansas.  Does this have any significance?

We are currently speculating on what 1900 can mean.  Maybe it means 7:00 PM or maybe it's another code...
